Product Terms & Licence

These terms apply to every digital product we sell — including The Connection Deck, The After-Dark Deck, and The Complete 270-Page Relationship Reset Workbook. By purchasing, you agree to the following.

How you receive & access it

Every product is 100% digital. The moment your payment is confirmed, a private download link appears on your confirmation (Thank You) page and is also emailed to you. There is nothing to wait for and no physical item is shipped. You can open your files on any phone, tablet or computer, or print them at home or a local print shop.

Your personal-use licence

You’re granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use your purchase for your own private, non-commercial use (you and your partner). You’re welcome to download it, keep it, and print copies for your own use.

What’s not allowed

• No sharing, gifting, lending, or distributing the files or download links to others.
• No reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or transferring the product.
• No commercial use, and no claiming the content as your own.

We retain all intellectual-property rights in our products. Your licence covers your personal copy only.

A note on printing

Files are designed to print beautifully on standard paper sizes. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and printer settings — this is normal and not a defect.

All sales are final

Because access is immediate and digital, all purchases are final and non-refundable — see the Refund Policy below. If a file ever fails to download, email support@theconnectiondeck.com and we’ll resend or repair it promptly.

Refund Policy

Every product sold on this website is an instantly-delivered digital download (PDF and digital files). The moment your payment is processed, you receive immediate and permanent access to the full product. Because the goods cannot be returned once accessed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

You explicitly acknowledge and consent to this policy at checkout, where you confirm that you are purchasing a digital good with immediate access and that all sales are final.

Before you buy: if you have any questions about what’s included, email us at support@theconnectiondeck.com and we’ll gladly help before you purchase.

Technical issues: if a file fails to download or arrives corrupted, contact us within a reasonable time and we will promptly resend or repair your files so you receive what you paid for.

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital products from Apex Blueprint LLC (“we”, “us”) via this website. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. The Products

We sell downloadable digital products (conversation card decks and workbooks). All products are delivered electronically; no physical goods are shipped.

2. License

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and charged once at checkout via our processors (Stripe and PayPal). Optional add-ons and one-time offers are clearly priced before you confirm payment. There are no hidden fees and no recurring charges.

4. Refunds

All sales are final — see the Refund Policy above.

5. Educational Purpose & Disclaimer

Our products are educational connection tools to support communication between partners. They are not therapy and are not a substitute for professional counseling, medical, or psychological advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Blueprint LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. This explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

• Order info: your email (for delivery and receipts).
• Payment info: processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. We never store full card numbers.
• Usage data: analytics and advertising pixels (e.g., Meta/TikTok) may collect anonymized browsing data.

How We Use It

To deliver products, send receipts/support, prevent fraud, and improve our marketing and site.

Sharing

Shared only with service providers needed to operate (payment processors, email delivery, analytics/ad platforms). We do not sell your personal information.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us. We honor applicable rights under UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and US state privacy laws.
